Steven is a veteran commercial real estate broker and investor with 20 years of experience advising principals on leasing, investment sales, and debt financing.

Deep understanding of leasing strategy, financial models, and product and business development from ideation to launch.  Served as exclusive agent for owners including Boston Properties, AION Partners, and others representing more than 1 million square feet of office space throughout New York City. As a tenant representative, Renbaum has helped dozens of companies transacting more than $150 million of total lease obligations over his career. 

An entrepreneur at the core, Renbaum co-founded media monitoring company Critical Mention (acquired by Onclusive), co-founded CRE advisory platform Summit RE Partners (NYC), and founded CRE marketplace InTheMarket (incubated in the Silverstein Properties’ accelerator).
